We understand that accidents can happen, your child may have a minor head bump or injury. At drop off we will ask that you provide us with information about this and complete a pre-existing injury form. This enables us to have a full and accurate picture of your child’s needs so we can support and care for them throughout their session.
Any unknown visitor to nursery would not be permitted entry into the building.
At the point of registering your child at Eastwood you are asked to provide at least two additional emergency contacts. These additional contacts will be used if we were be unable to contact you.
At Eastwood we take all concerns and complaints seriously these are directed to our senior leadership team and the relevant policies and procedures are followed. If you feel that your concerns have not been addressed you are able to contact the Safeguarding Governor or Ofsted directly.

We have no mobile phone policy in order to protect all children, staff and visitors. We also ask that no smart watches or glasses are used within the building.
Upon entry, you will be asked to store your device in our lockbox at Reception.

During the registration process we will get to know you and your child without judgement. We have a duty of care to protect all children which may involve immediately contacting external agencies.

We work in partnerships with parents to support the best outcomes for every child. We have a Family Liaison Practitioner who will support and guide you. They can be contacted on dsl@eastwood.wandsworth.sch.uk
